Elegant Custom Painting provides residential and commercial painting services including interior painting, exterior painting, surface preparation, and related services in the Bay Area, California and surrounding regions.
2. Estimates and Contracts
- All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Written contracts are required for all projects
- Project scope, timeline, and pricing will be clearly outlined in your contract
- Changes to the original scope may result in additional charges
3. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be specified in your individual contract
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Warranties
We provide a 1-year warranty on all painting services covering both materials and workmanship under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or acts of nature.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Elegant Custom Painting is fully licensed and insured
- We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work
6. Cancellation Policy
- Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice
- Cancellation fees may apply for work already completed or materials purchased
- Weather-related delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation without fees
7. Property Access and Preparation
- Client must provide reasonable access to work areas
- Client is responsible for moving personal items and furniture unless otherwise agreed
- We will protect surfaces and belongings with appropriate coverings

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission
- We reserve the right to modify website content at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
